Eligibility Criteria of the KAIST University Scholarships 2025:

Applicants for the KAIST University scholarship must meet the following criteria:

  • Applicants from all over the world are eligible to apply for the KAIST University Scholarship.
  • Applicants must not possess Korean nationality.
  • Students applying for a doctoral degree must possess a Master’s degree.
  • Applicants applying for a Master’s degree must possess a Bachelor’s degree or be expected to obtain it by the time of enrollment.
  • The Bachelor’s degree must be equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in South Korea.
  • Students of Korean ethnicity must have completed all previous education outside of South Korea, and their parents must not be citizens of South Korea.
  • Applicants must meet the English language proficiency requirements, such as TOEFL, IELTS, or an equivalent test score.
