Eligibility Criteria for the YSEALI Exchange Program 2025:
- Fellows must be between 25-35 years old at the time of application.
- Applicants must have demonstrated proficiency in English, both speaking and writing.
- Must be citizens of one of the eleven eligible YSEALI countries.
- Should demonstrate strong leadership skills, abilities, and capacity for collaborative work.
- Must be emerging leaders in civil society, government, or the private sector with relevant expertise.
- Applicants need a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
- Should be culturally adaptable and capable of working independently.
- Must be able to identify and implement a project in their community.
- U.S. citizens are not eligible to apply.

- Detailed resume or CV outlining your professional and academic background.
- Education documents, including copies of academic degrees and transcripts.
- Professional experience letter from current or previous employers.
- Three essay responses addressing your motivation, goals, and potential impact of participation.
- Two professional references who can speak to your qualifications and leadership abilities.
- Signed Participant Terms and Conditions Agreement.
- Signed American Councils Informed Consent Agreement.
